  • Pastor Tyler Pepper

    Senior Pastor


    Pastor Tyler was called as the Associate Pastor in 2004 and accepted the call to be our Senior Pastor in 2007.


    Pastor Tyler and his wife Kim were married in 1992, and have two daughters, Lydia Grace and Mara Faith.


    Pastor Tyler is a graduate of Davis College in Biblical Studies and Pastoral Ministries and Summit University with a Bachelor of Science in Bible. He is passionate about studying and preaching the Word of God and strives to spread that passion for God's Word throughout his congregation.

    • Hobbies: Running, Running and Running.

  • Pastor Jared Tiesenga

    Youth Pastor


    Pastor Jared was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He attended Lancaster Bible College earning a BA in Youth and Young Adult Ministry. While at LBC, Jared met his now wife Lydia, where God led them to First Baptist Church. They now have a son named Silas and a daughter Olive. Pastor Jared began as an intern in the winter of 2017 and by September of 2017 Jared joined the staff here at First Baptist Church. Pastor Jared oversees the youth at FBC grades 7th to 12th and is passionate about seeing students grow and live a life centered on the gospel. Pastor Jared loves sports and being able to play and watch as many sports as he can with his favorite team being the Chicago Cubs. Pastor Jared loves students and is excited to see students grow and succeed in their walk with Christ.

    • Hobbies: Being involved with teens and sports.

  • Tom Trexler

    Worship Director


    Tom was raised in Bellwood and now lives in Roaring Spring. He attended Penn State Altoona where he studied Communications. While at PSUA, Tom met his now wife, Sara. They were married in August 2014, and have two little boys, Toby and Tyson. Tom and Sara were part of the worship team at SALT (Students About Living Truth) while in college. From there, Tom was a campus minister for Christian Student Fellowship and led worship at a local church. God led Tom and Sara to First Baptist Church in the fall of 2018. Tom oversees the worship team at FBC and is passionate about using music to lead others to Christ. Tom loves sports, fishing, and spending time with his boys.
